Increasing My Skill

Recently this summer, I’ve been doing an extraordinary amount of riding on my bike so much that I have already burned through a full tire! Besides that, having a full summer to gain skill and managing the ADHD is truly wonderful. My dad and I recently took the bikes to shred Alafia, a state park featuring a series of MTB trails. All the summer riding has definitely paid off. We chose to stick to blue trails and I felt more confidence and balance while exploring those trails. I learned to help balance the ADHD when powering through the steep inclines, drops, and turns. Using asphalt is a good way to train focus at high speed.
